Meetings and Minutes

The Parish Council meets every other month on a Monday at 7.30pm at Cabus Village Hall (Lancaster New Road, A6). The meetings have traditionally been held on the second Monday of every other month but sometimes the meeting is held on the third or fourth Monday so please check the dates below if you are thinking of coming along to a meeting.

Everyone is welcome to attend and a short time is set aside at the beginning of each meeting for public participation. The minutes of the meeting are made available to the public once they have been approved by the Council at the next meeting but are sometime published in draft form prior to having been formally approved.
